4. Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
5. Return Registration: Register your return via email or WhatsApp so we can track which order is being returned.
6. Track & Trace: Provide us with the tracking information for your return so we can follow the shipment.

Pick-Up Point

If your order was delivered to a pick-up point, you have 1 week to collect your package from the pick-up point.

How to Return

1. Register: Register your return via email or WhatsApp.
2. Package: Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Ship: Send the package with your order number to our return address. Don’t forget to share the track & trace details with us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, follow the same steps as for returns and specify the product you wish to receive in exchange. We will ship the new product to you once we have received and inspected your return.
