Your body is able to get that nutrients you need partially from the nutrition you take during your activity. We just need the perfect mix of slow carbohydrates and fast sugars.. Which are available in the endurance booster from BYE!, the endurance bar and the Concap Energy Gel. The BYE! Isotonic makes sure you will get the minerals you need during the activity. Next to it we need that perfect supplements VO2 boost and Concap Endurance which you choose per bloodgroup (don't worry, if you have another blood group you can just pick one). The BES-T amino endurance is the cream that gets that Amino Acids in the right place and the Anti Rub makes sure you can sit very long in the same place :).
